SUPPORT DIVERSE ETHICS

Contrary to modern belief, food is made by nature, not by humans. The sharing of food is a most basic part of many human cultures and wisdoms. In the same spirit, we believe in sharing wise ideas - the more your feed us, the more we can share with the world.

It was wikipedia, which started the knowledge revolution on the internet. Diverse Ethics is starting the work diversity revoultion through this portal. We invite you to become a vital force behind it.

As you know, quality information and advice is hard to find. At Diverse Ethics, we bring decades of knowledge and experience of this area, gained by a wide range of people in our team. We do not wish to charge for this information to our readers, as we believe wisdom is timeless and should be shared for free. We are a social enterprise with the aim of building a harmonious workplace, which is free from prejudice and inclusive of all kinds of people. We would like to request you to support us to build this resource which is helpful, informative, up to date, and practical.

  • You can become a founding sponsor of our social enterprise which costs £1000, and for this, we will put your name on our list of sponsors, and a link to your company website. It will stay permanently on the website. In return, you will be able to contribute toward improving cultural awareness in the workplace, and ensuring that your children and grand-children need not compromise their personal identity and culture in order to progress in their careers. Work can become ethical and inclusive if you support us.
  • We would like to become the premier media organisation for promoting diversity in the workplace. This media can help transform opportunities and practices, and create social harmony and cohesion in the workplace. We could create an annual survey of employers and rank them according to their openness to diversity and cultural competence. Your help is vital to us in fulfilling this role.
  • You can request us to run a particular campaign about your organisation and services, to reach a broad diverse audience. We can publish a series of informative articles about your organisation and this can help you attract very high quality diverse applicants. Also, you can claim credit for publicising your services to a diverse audience. The cost of this varies, but will start at £2000 for each year that the campaign is live.
  • You can request Diverse Ethics to perform a training or consultancy exercise for your organisation, in return for a fee. We will use these resources to also update our web portal and keep this resource flowing, free of charge.
  • We plan to conduct independent and high quality Diversity audits for particular industries, professional bodies and sectors. The aim would be to get industries to embrace and welcome diversity, by understanding the structural barriers, weaknesses, and lost opportunities. You could sponsor this for your professional group or industry. This will help highlight key issues and ways of implementing diversity in the sector. Examples of these include media, property companies, law profession, accountancy profession, medicine and pharmaceuticals, fashion industry, retail stores, public bodies, public schools, government suppliers, olympics, dentistry, optometry, and many others. We will then publicise the findings widely to ensure that people become aware of what is at stake and what needs to be done.

If you have any questions on the above or wish to sponsor, you are welcome to speak directly to our founder and editor, Dr. Atul K. Shah by emailing:
