Leadership and Culture Change

Leadership - Diverse Ethics

Our client, a major public body in Britain, had a problem. It had a blue chip reputation, but lacked diversity in both staffing and services. The leaders wanted to make a change, but did not know how to go about it or what to do. Diverse Ethics was engaged to advise, draw up a strategy, train staff and to enable the organisation to embrace diversity in all its activities. The client has been extremely satisfied with our services, and the work is ongoing.
